Prime Minister Narendra Modi received his second dose of the Covid vaccine as we speak at Delhi’s AIIMS, 37 days after he obtained his first shot, and urged all eligible folks to get inoculated.

Tweeting a photograph of him taking the vaccine, the Prime Minister mentioned vaccination is among the many few methods to defeat the virus.

PM Modi has taken the home-grown Covaxin developed by Bharat Biotech and the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), which has been linked to vaccine hesitancy due to its medical trials standing.
The prime minister’s second vaccine dose was administered by two nurses, one in every of whom had given him his first shot as properly. P Niveda was seen holding PM Modi’s arm within the photograph whereas Nisha Sharma administered the dose.
